Repair request guide
What to include in a chimney repair request
A useful repair request explains what prompted you to get in touch and how to reach you. You don't need to identify the cause or propose a repair.

Begin with contact and location details
Include your name, phone number, and the property's ZIP code. Email is optional on the website form.
If you're contacting Royal for someone else, explain your role without adding unnecessary personal information about other people.
Describe the concern in ordinary language
Say what you noticed, where you noticed it, and when you first became aware of it, if you know. It is fine to say that you're unsure how to describe it.
Keep observations separate from guesses. Explaining what prompted the request is more useful than choosing a technical label you aren't certain about.
Use information you already have
Mention relevant previous service notes or existing photos if you have them. You don't need to take new photos or investigate the chimney before contacting Royal.
The website form asks for a written message. If you want to share existing photos or documents, ask how to provide them rather than assuming the form accepts attachments.
Include the questions you want answered
Your first message can include questions such as:
- Is this requested work within your service scope?
- Is the property within your coverage area?
- What information do you need to discuss the request?
- How can we discuss the scope, pricing, and availability?
Send the request without sensitive details
Leave out payment details, identification documents, passwords, and private access codes. Your contact information, ZIP code, and a description of the concern are enough for an initial request.
Call (878) 787-7592 or use the contact form. A message starts a conversation; it is not a diagnosis, quote, or confirmed repair appointment.
